Terms of Use
Last updated: November 2026
By using this website or buying ShotReady™ products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. The product
ShotReady™ is a collection of digital photography reference sheets delivered as downloadable PDF files. No physical product is shipped.
2. Purchase and payment
Orders are processed by Hotmart, which acts as the payment processor and reseller. Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged once unless an offer clearly states otherwise. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
3. License
When you buy, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to download, view and print the materials for your own use. You may not resell, share, publish, redistribute or upload the files, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
4. Educational content and results
The materials are educational references. Camera settings are starting points; results depend on your equipment, conditions, skill and practice, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome.
5. Safety
Some situations covered (night, weather, wildlife, water and outdoor locations) involve risk. Always follow local laws, respect private property and protected areas, and use your own judgment about your safety.
6. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site and in the products, including text, design and graphics, belongs to ShotReady™ or its licensors. Camera brand names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility; we are not affiliated with any camera manufacturer.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShotReady™ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
